Heavy Duty Track Bar Kit For 5/8 Mounting Holes

Sent in my latter bars for template asked for new ones to be 3” longer they were 3.5” longer. Had to chase threads on one end point (maybe due to heat from welding safety brackets) safety brackets were not bench tested. Had to ream out holes to receive provided bolts. Overall not happy with quality. I had to cut to proper length and retap threads. This changed the 7.5” spread required to bolt to brackets thus requiring me to cut the cross support bar heat and spread tubes in order to reacquire 7.5” spread (with rod ends in) still need to fill and weld support bars. I’m not happy but if my modifications work I’ll get over it. My mechanic said that we should have called S&W about the issue however I thought the only way to correct the issue would have been to make a new set therefore I figured I should just try to modify what I had. 😩
