S&W’s 27,000 sq.ft. Spring City, PA facility serves customers in Pennsylvania , Maryland , New York , Ohio , Delaware and Virginia…virtually the entire North East.

3D Printing Services:
S&W’s engineering and design department will work closely with their clients, to create parts used for functional prototypes, casting, fiberglass layup, one-off specialty and/or short run production. The layer height tolerance is .002”and the process utilizes materials such as; PLA, PETG, Carbon Fiber and more. An assortment of popular colors and materials are standard and stocked. Additional color and material choices are available by request.
Water Jet Capabilities
We have 2 Flow International high pressure water jets with a maximum workspace of 6′ x 12′. We can cut a large array of materials including Steel, Armor plate, Aluminum, plastics, rubber, glass, lexan, ceramic, marble, granite, brass, copper, carbon fiber, wood, glass, inconel, monel, hastelloy and more. Our Waterjet’s have the capability of cutting up to 10 inches thick or more if needed. Our Water jets can hold a tolerance of .005 or better if required. Both of our Water jets use Active Tolerance Control to produce more accurate parts at significantly higher cutting speeds then a conventional Waterjet. Cutting with a water jet can be advantageous to people or companies like Military Defense contractors who’s part requires no heat affected zone or materials that come in contact with solvents or oils. We carry a large inventory of sheet and plate in stock including Steel, Aluminum, Chrome Moly and various alloys.
High Speed CNC Tube Processing Center:
This sophisticated machine uses high pressure plasma to cut round and square tube can accept tubing 5/8” to 2” in diameter with a wall thickness of .049 to .500. We carry a large inventory of Chrome molly, DOM, and EWS Mild steel tubing, square and round in stock. If you need to have tubing bent we have an answer for that also with our Programmable Pines Mandrel bender. For your machining needs we carry a Fadal CNC Milling center and a CNC Hass lathe. Our press brake is a 10 foot wide 100 Ton Accupress with a programmable backstop. Our welding capabilities include TIG, MIG, MIG/PULSE and MIG SPRAY ARC.

Haas TL-15 Turning Center
The Haas TL-15 turning center is a dual-spindle CNC lathe built on the very popular Haas SL-20 foundation. Double-end part capability, a max capacity of 8.2″ x 17.5″ and a bar capacity of 2.0″ (main spindle) make this twin-spindle turning center a high-production machine. The TL-15 also boasts a hybrid tool turret (6 VDI 40 and 6 bolt-on tools) and the ability to add options like live tooling and full C-axis capabilities to the main spindle. for smooth, reliable operation.
